Fishing from Flamingo Beach

Twelve miles north from Tamarindo is Flamingo Beach, here you will find a great number of hotels, condos and beach houses rentals available. Flamingo is easy via paved road from San Jose, or a short flight from San Jose to neighboring Tamarindo, on Sansa or Nature Air. Liberia International Airport (Daniel Oduber) is 50 minutes car drive.

Flamingo sport fishing combines great inshore fishing at the Catalina Islands, just 4-5 miles from shore, looking for rooster, cubera snapper, tuna, wahoo (seasonal) and other inshore species.
